Open Cities - Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul Compatibility Patch

This patch file peforms the following:

* Makes duplicates of all of the warning notices posted in the cities.
* Handles placement of female guards into the proper locations.
* Suppresses OOO's player home map markers in favor of the ones for Open Cities.
* Suppresses additional spawn points added around Leyawiin that end up inside the city limits with the Leyawiin Reborn layout.

Requirements

* Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul
* Open Cities Classic 4.0+ or Open Cities Reborn 0.9+.

Load Order
----------

Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp
Open Cities Classic.esp -OR- Open Cities Reborn.esp
OCC-OOO-Patch.esp if using Open Cities Classic.
OCR + OOO Patch.esp if using Open Cities reborn.

Installation
------------

Pick one patch file based on which mod you are using. The folder names should be self explainitory. They are also BAIN friendly.
Place the esp file in your Data folder with your other plugins.
Activate it in the proper load order.

1.0 - Initial release.

2.0 - Broke dependency on any particular Open Cities files allowing this to be used in any comination of open or closed cities.
      Removed guard AI changes.
      Removed map marker changes.

2.1 - Placed duplicate copies of the female guards in the Tamriel worldspace, except in Leyawiin. They should behave as expected now.

2.2 - Correction for naked dead guards showing up in Bruma. The two that are disabled by OOO should now properly remain disabled.
      Load order change - this must now be loaded AFTER the Open Cities files.

2.3 - Used a new method for suppressing the OOO player home map markers.
      Suppressed new spawn points around Leyawiin which end up inside Leyawiin Reborn.

2.4 - Updated with support for Open Cities Reborn.
      Notices normally found at city gates have been moved to fighters guild locations or taverns in each city to avoid contamination of region data needed by the cities.
      Load order changes with this version - now goes immediately below Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp.

3.0 - Updated for latest versions of OCC anc OCR, with female guards and notice broadsheets now supported in their proper outdoor positions.

3.0.1 - OCR patch had a floating notice sheet in Bruma.
